online survey counts

Jon – As a follow up to our discussion from the IT Committee meeting on the 26^th, my notes indicate that as of June 2008, we had received 1149 paper surveys and 592 online surveys.  So your findings of 800+ surveys received to date through the on line web form is consistent with my earlier notes.  Thank you.
