Dear committee members:  At our 10/22 meeting, the committee decided to draft a letter to local governments and school districts offering the committee's assistance in matters regarding information technology.  This especially pertains to dealing with requests from service providers for access to municipal infrastructure, i.e. water towers, buildings and rights of way.  Here is a draft for your review.  Suggestions for additions, deletions or changes are welcome.  Please respond no later than 11/6.  Thanks! -Laura
