IT Committee Meeting

Meeting Agenda
1. Welcoming New Committee Members & Meeting Attendees:
2. Review/Accept Minutes from 07/15/10 meeting
3. Report on progress of establishing Advisory Board, Bio Data Sheet submissions:
Advisory Board
Very successfully, positive feed back
Resolution Laura brought up Passed
The Board will be appointing members
Laura handed out Bio data sheets from when this committee was form, we need to have new Bio Data Sheets for anyone who is still interested in being on this Committee. Laura will hand them to the Board Office for the Board to appoint members to the new Advisory Board.
SLIC report received money for taking SLIC to all of St Lawrence County and Franklin County. Phil Wagschal spoke about what is up coming
Newton Falls all cable in the air except a small amount which will be up next week. Open House in Newton Falls Sept 2nd Thursday from 4 – 6, Service Bundle Cost will be $79.95 with Phone, Internet
Audit with the Planning Office OFT yesterday 08/18/10, Phil went out to Newtown Falls on what they spent the money on.
Russ Nelson spoke for about 2 minutes
4. Presentation to RVRDA: Sent out a Document to people who were interested in this presentatin. Suggestion from Kevin RVRDA introduction to the IT Committee and encourage communication with IT & RVRDA, Put in about the symposium
5. Upcoming Meeting Discussions:
a. David Wurzburg (Sept) – United Helpers where they are and where they are at
b. Tom Burns (Oct?) – BOCES – Talking with Jen 3rd Thursday
c. Phil Wagschal (Nov) – SLIC – Spending some time to talk about their project

- Discussion on where the next Symposium will be next year
- Thank you note from Rome Rescue Mission was received for the donation made on behalf of the committee in memory of Helene Mellon.
